A GENUINE OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR TRAINEE SALES MANAGERS WITHIN A GLOBAL B2B TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUSINESS!
Turning over 70million Initiate`s client is the largest Global Platinum partner of Avaya - headquartered in London.
My client now is seeking to grow a new division from within and requires two trainee sales managers with the following experience:
- Two years solid sales experience - At least 1 years sales experience within the PBX market place - Drive to grow and develop a B2B sales team within the London MKT place
This opportunity is extremely rare and for those looking to break into management is an excellent opportunity given that this organisation is Global with offices in over 30 different countries. Initially you will be managing a team of four sales people of varying level, aged between 22 and 25. Your role is too accompany the sales team on appointments and when necessary close or qualify the opportunity, following the NBS meeting you will sit down and feedback to the sales people about their performance, next actions and areas to improve for the next meeting.
In order for you to qualify for this role you must possess the above experience alongside the following:
- Passion for winning B2B sales experience on a consultative level - The ability to motivate - The ability to manage time efficiently - The ability to train, qualification and pipeline management
Salary 25k – 30k basic OTE 35K – 40K ote uncapped + Benefits
